LOD 100 - LOD 500 Modeling
Building Information Modeling (BIM) forms the computational core of all TwinAnalytic operations. We develop detailed virtual representations of projects from early conceptual profiles (LOD 100) to complete, as-built systems loaded with manufacturer assets (LOD 500). This master database coordinates structural steel, MEP routing, and architectural details to prevent physical clashes before field construction.
Through systematic coordination sessions, our engineers manage multi-discipline data streams. Clashes are mapped inside an automated matrix, resolved inside the model, and audited to guarantee that field teams construct against verified, conflict-free layouts.
Establishing coordinate basepoints and compiling initial parametric geometries (LOD 100-200) to frame structural parameters.
Merging structural concrete elements, steel frames, architectural finishes, and MEP routings into a unified cloud model (LOD 300).
Running automated model interference checks. Resolving mechanical and structural conflicts to generate clash-free LOD 400 shop drawings.
Enriching elements with manufacturer references, maintenance protocols, and serial codes, delivering a complete LOD 500 twin.
Our modeling workflows utilize industry-standard BIM authoring and coordination engines:
